GDPR & UK GDPR
OGcreatorHub processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR. Our lawful bases for processing are: contract performance (operating your account), legitimate interests (platform security and fraud prevention), and consent (analytics cookies, marketing emails). DMCA & copyright
OGcreatorHub respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice to dmca@ogcreatorhub.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing content and its location on the platform, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief. We will process valid notices promptly and notify the content owner. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Content moderation
OGcreatorHub operates a zero-tolerance policy on adult content, hate speech, harassment, and illegal material. Content is moderated through a combination of automated detection and human review. Creators are responsible for moderating their own community rooms using the tools provided. Reports can be submitted via the flag button on any piece of content or message. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. Decisions can be appealed by emailing moderation@ogcreatorhub.com.
Platform safety for minors
OGcreatorHub prohibits content that exploits, endangers, or is directed at minors. All users must confirm they are 13 or older at registration. Creators who enable fan membership tiers must not gate age-restricted content behind those tiers. Any content involving minors in an inappropriate context will be removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
Financial compliance
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. OGcreatorHub does not store card data. Creator payouts via Stripe Connect are subject to Stripe's identity verification requirements, which may include KYC (Know Your Customer) checks for creators earning above certain thresholds. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations. OGcreatorHub issues annual earnings summaries to creators to assist with tax reporting.
