Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of OGcreatorHub. By signing up, you agree to play by the rules below. We've written them in plain English — no legalese maze.
1. Who can use OGcreatorHub
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement. Accounts are personal — you may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account with others.
2. Creator accounts and content
As a creator on OGcreatorHub you retain full ownership of the content you post, stream, or share. By uploading content you grant OGcreatorHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, including music, gameplay footage, and brand assets. Content that violates platform rules (see Section 5) may be removed without notice.
3. Membership tiers and payments
OGcreatorHub offers Free, Creator, and OG Pro membership tiers. Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no partial refunds are issued. Creator-defined fan membership tiers are separate subscription products — OGcreatorHub processes payments on behalf of creators and remits earnings minus the platform fee via Stripe Connect. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
4. Creator payouts
Creators on OG Pro who enable monetisation receive payouts via Stripe Connect. Payouts are processed weekly for balances above the minimum threshold. OGcreatorHub deducts a platform fee from each transaction before remittance — the current fee rate is displayed in your creator dashboard. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your creator income in your jurisdiction.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on OGcreatorHub: adult or sexually explicit content of any kind; content that harasses, threatens, or targets individuals; hate speech based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality; content that promotes illegal activity; spam, phishing, or deceptive practices; impersonation of other creators or public figures; malware, exploits, or any attempt to compromise platform security. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
6. Platform integrations
When you connect third-party platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, etc.) you authorise OGcreatorHub to access data from those platforms via their official APIs. We only request the minimum permissions needed to display your stats and content. You can revoke any integration at any time from your account settings. OGcreatorHub is not responsible for changes to third-party API availability or data accuracy.
7. Custom domains (OG Pro)
OG Pro subscribers may point a custom domain at their creator profile. You are responsible for owning and maintaining the domain registration. OGcreatorHub provides DNS configuration instructions but does not manage your domain registrar account. Custom domain routing is provided on a best-effort basis and may be subject to brief downtime during maintenance.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. OGcreatorHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or community. Upon termination, your content may be removed and access to creator earnings may be withheld pending investigation of any policy violations.
9. Limitation of liability
OGcreatorHub is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, integration failures, or account suspension. Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of OGcreatorHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
