Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need, we never sell your data, and we give you full control. Here's exactly what we do with your information.
1. What data we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address, username, and password (hashed). If you subscribe to a paid plan we collect billing information via Stripe — we never store raw card numbers. When you connect platform integrations we receive OAuth tokens and the profile data you authorise (follower counts, recent content, live status). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the platform.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to operate your account, process payments, display your connected platform stats, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, payout notifications), and improve OGcreatorHub. We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to advertisers, or share with third parties outside of the service providers listed in Section 4.
3. Community and chat data
Messages you send in Global Chat or creator rooms are stored to display conversation history. Community messages are visible to other platform members. Do not share personal information, passwords, or financial details in chat. You can delete your own messages at any time. If you delete your account, your chat history is anonymised rather than deleted to preserve conversation context for other users.
4. Third-party service providers
We share data with the following providers solely to operate the platform: Stripe (payment processing and creator payouts), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), and platform API providers (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, etc.) only to the extent required by your connected integrations. All providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and in compliance with applicable privacy law.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ogcreatorhub.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is purged within 30 days except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance (e.g. payment records, which are kept for 7 years). Anonymised usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.
8. Children's privacy
OGcreatorHub is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@ogcreatorhub.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of OGcreatorHub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
