What roles can I sign up as?

There are four roles: Fan, Creator, Gamer, and Podcaster. Creators and Gamers can go live; Fans and Podcasters can watch, tip, and interact. You can change your role later in Settings → Account.

How do I verify my email?

Accepted Answer

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email from OGcreatorHub. Click the link inside — it expires after 24 hours. If you didn't receive it, go to Settings → Account and click "Resend verification email".

Question 3

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Accepted Answer

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Can I change my username or email?

Yes — go to Settings → Account. Username changes are allowed once every 30 days. Email changes require re-verification of the new address.

What is OG Pro?

OG Pro is the mid creator tier at $9.99/month, or $7.99/month billed annually. It unlocks advanced analytics, a reduced 15% platform fee (vs 20% on Free), 1080p30 stream recording, 1 collab guest, and priority support.

What is OG Elite?

OG Elite is the top creator tier at $24.99/month, or $19.99/month billed annually. It unlocks everything in OG Pro plus a 10% platform fee, 1080p60 stream recording, the AI highlight clip generator, private shows, and up to 2 collab guests.

What are credits?

Credits are OGcreatorHub's internal currency. 1 credit ≈ $0.01 USD. Fans use credits to tip creators, unlock private shows, and send super chats. The exact exchange rate is shown at purchase.

Do credits expire?

No — credits never expire. If you'd like a refund on unused credits, you can request one within 30 days of purchase via Settings → Billing or by emailing support@ogcreatorhub.com.

How do I buy credits?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Billing or click "Buy Credits" in the top navigation. Choose a credit bundle and pay via card or PayPal. Credits are added to your account instantly.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons: card details entered incorrectly, insufficient funds, or your bank blocked the transaction. Try a different card or contact your bank. If the issue persists, email support@ogcreatorhub.com.

How do I get a refund?

Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Go to Settings → Billing → Request Refund, or email support@ogcreatorhub.com with your order details.

How do I start my first live stream?

Make sure your email is verified and you're signed in as a Creator or Gamer. Go to your Dashboard and click "Go Live". Allow camera and microphone permissions when prompted. Set your stream title, choose a layout, then click "Start Stream".

What stream layouts are available?

Solo cam is available to everyone. Game+cam (picture-in-picture) and Game+2 require OG Pro. Game+3 requires OG Elite.

My stream won't start — what do I do?

Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (best compatibility). Check that you've allowed camera and microphone in your browser settings. Disable browser extensions that might block media access. Try refreshing the page and starting again. If still stuck, email support@ogcreatorhub.com with your browser and OS version.

Are my streams saved automatically?

Yes — all streams are recorded and saved as VODs automatically. After the stream ends, an AI highlights reel is generated within a few minutes. Find your recordings in Dashboard → Recordings.

What is a private show?

A private show is a one-on-one stream with a fan. You set a per-minute credit rate; the fan pays credits for each minute they watch. Private shows are not visible to other users.

How do collab streams work?

From the Collab page, invite co-host creators to your stream — up to 1 guest on OG Pro, up to 2 guests on OG Elite. Co-hosts accept the invite and join your stream room. As host, you control the layout and can set revenue splits in the Payouts tab. Payouts are sent via Stripe Connect after the stream ends.

How does the revenue split work?

The platform fee depends on your tier: Free creators keep 80% (20% fee), OG Pro creators keep 85% (15% fee), and OG Elite creators keep 90% (10% fee) on tips, subscriptions, and content sales. For collab streams, the host can set custom splits for co-hosts from the Collab → Payouts tab.

How do I set up payouts?

Go to Monetise → Payouts. Click "Connect Stripe" and complete the Stripe Connect onboarding. Once connected, earnings are transferred to your bank account on a weekly basis. Minimum payout threshold is $10.

When will I receive my payout?

Accepted Answer

Payouts are processed weekly (every Monday). Allow 3–5 business days for the transfer to reach your bank. If a payout is overdue, check your Stripe Connect status in Monetise → Payouts.

How do fan subscriptions work?

Accepted Answer

You set a monthly subscription price in Monetise → Subscriptions. Fans pay monthly via Stripe. Subscribers get access to subscriber-only streams and any perks you configure.

What is the loyalty rewards system?

Fans earn loyalty points by tipping, watching streams, and subscribing. Points unlock four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond. Higher tiers get tip multipliers and exclusive perks. Manage rewards in the Loyalty page.

Question 23

How does the Sponsor Marketplace work?

Every creator, regardless of plan, can browse open brand deals and apply to them from the Marketplace page. What's limited by tier is how many deals can be active at once: 1 active deal on Free, 3 on OG Pro, and unlimited on OG Elite. Once you hit your plan's limit, a sponsor can't accept a new application until one of your current deals wraps up or you upgrade.

How do I report a user or stream?

On any stream or profile, click the three-dot menu (⋯) and select "Report". Choose a reason and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

What content is not allowed?

Accepted Answer

Prohibited content includes: nudity and sexual content, hate speech and harassment, graphic violence, self-harm promotion, spam, and impersonation. Full details are in our Community Guidelines.

My account was suspended — what do I do?

You'll receive an email explaining the reason. If you believe it was a mistake, reply to that email or contact support@ogcreatorhub.com with your account details and a brief explanation.

How does the AI abuse monitor work?

Our AI scans live chat in real time for hate speech, harassment, spam, and other violations. Flagged streams are reviewed by our moderation team. Creators can also set custom word filters in Stream Settings.

Google login shows "access blocked" — how do I log in?

Accepted Answer

We're aware of this issue and working on a fix. In the meantime, use email and password to log in. If you signed up with Google only, use "Forgot password?" to set a password for your account.

The page is loading slowly or not at all

Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete / Cmd+Shift+Delete). Try a different browser — Chrome or Edge recommended. Disable VPN or proxy if you're using one. Check our status page or social media for any ongoing incidents.

I'm not receiving email notifications

Accepted Answer

Check your spam/junk folder. Add noreply@ogcreatorhub.com to your contacts. Check notification preferences in Settings → Notifications. If still missing, email support@ogcreatorhub.com.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Any unused credits will be refunded if requested within 30 days.

Is there a mobile app?

A native mobile app is in development. For now, OGcreatorHub works best in Chrome on mobile. Add it to your home screen for an app-like experience (Share → Add to Home Screen on iOS).
